Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want every participant to feel clear and respected before booking. Because Maya's sessions, workshops, retreats, and programs reserve limited time and space, cancellation and refund rules depend on the type of offer purchased.

Private sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows are not refundable.

Workshop bookings may be cancelled for a refund up to 7 days before the workshop, minus non-refundable payment processing fees.

Retreat deposits are non-refundable unless the retreat is cancelled by Maya. Full retreat payments may be refundable up to 30 days before the retreat start date, minus the deposit and payment processing fees.

Self-paced online courses and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.

These drafts must be legally reviewed before launch.
